I'm 37 weeks pregnant now, and about to give birth!
So I'm going to take a bit of a break from teaching.
I'll be discussing with current students my availability after giving birth, and I won't be accepting new students for a little while.
But I encourage you to check out eight new "Bilingual Yoga" workouts on YouTube!
Try them out and let me know what you think!
You don't have to be pregnant to do them, but you might enjoy them if you are pregnant (and your doctor gives you the go-ahead).
